Looking for staff in Digital has always been a bit of a challenge, high salaries, talent being snapped up by the exciting projects and simply not enough people. Well things have got even more interesting.

Since Detouch first started 18 months ago applicant number have plummeted. Today we had a quick look at applicants on Linkedin.

In mid 2019 applicant numbers sat at around 50 – Today most mid to senior level roles have between 0 and 10.

If you have good staff – hold onto them. Competition has got even tougher!
